How to Make and Add a Page in Blogger in 2022 (with Pictures)

    This post is about how to make and add a page to your blog in blogger.  A long time ago I made a post about this, but blogger has updated and now there's a new way to make and add a page.  So that's why today I am going to be rewriting that post so you can successfully make and add a page to your blog.

How to Make and Add a Page:

Step 1:

First up, select the blog you want to add a page to.  By the way, if you haven't seen my second blog, Random Knowledge Blog, then make sure to check it out by clicking here!

Step 2:

Click on 'Pages' in the sidebar.

Step 3:

Click on 'New Page' in the top left corner.

Step 4:

Now type in the title and make your page.  Remember, a page is like one post but in a separate section.  Like the two pages I currently have, Social Media and Q&A.  (more pages will be coming soon!).  Your page can be about anything you want, just make sure it has something to do with your blog.

Step 5:

Save your work and click on 'Publish'.  Your page won't be on your blog yet, since there are still some more steps to do.

Step 6:

Click on 'Layout' in the sidebar.

Step 7:

On your keyboard, press 'Ctrl' or 'Command' and hold it down.  Well still holding it, click the minus button 3 times so it is at 75%.

Step 8: 

Click 'Add a Gadget'.

Step 9:

Scroll down until you see 'Pages'.  Click on 'Pages'.

Step 10:

Click 'ADD A NEW ITEM'.

Step 11:

Search the name of your page in the search section called 'Page Name' and then click it like in the photo above.  If your page doesn't show up when you search for it, then go back and make sure that you published the page.  The link for the page in 'Page URL' should show up by its self.

Step 12:

Click 'SAVE'.

Step 13: 

Click the save button in the photo in the bottom right corner.

Step 14:

Once it's done 'Saving...' then you can view your blog to make sure it shows up.  

Step 15:

To get your screen back to the normal size hold down 'Ctrl' or 'Command' on your keyboard and while still holding it down press the +/= button until your at 100%.

If you ever want to add another page then follow these steps:

Step 1:

Click on Pages in the sidebar and then 'NEW PAGE', then write your page and click 'publish'.

Step 2:

Click on 'Layout' in the sidebar.

Step 3:

Hold down 'Ctrl' or 'Command' on your keyboard and well still holding it down press the minus arrow until you get to 75%.

Step 4: 

Under 'Pages Pages Gadget' click 'Edit' click in the photo above.

Step 5:

Click 'ADD A NEW ITEM'.

Step 6:

Click on 'Page Name' like in the photo and then search for the title of the page you want to add and then click on the title like in the second photo above.

Step 7:

Click on 'Save'.

Step 8:

Then click on 'Save' again.

Step 8:

Then click the save button like in the photo.  Once it's done saving then view your blog to make sure the page is there.
