Image
D .I. Y . C h r i s t m a s S n o w m a n C r a f t :     ⛄ Today I am going to be showing you how to make this super easy and cute Christmas craft that you can do with items you have around the house. What you need: 2-3 white pom poms of different sizes a black sharpie orange paper scissors liquid glue How to make it: Step One: Cut out a small triangle from the orange paper for the carrot nose.  See which way the triangle looks best on the smallest pom pom.  Glue it on and wait for it to dry before you do step two. Step Two: With a sharpie, draw two dots for the eyes above the carrot nose.  On the bigger piece(s) draw three dots with a black sharpie for the buttons. Step Three: Stack up the pieces biggest at the bottom and smallest at the top and glue them together. And there you go you have your cute snowman craft!

Funny Thanksgiving Fruit Turkey

Image
Thanksgiving Fruit Turkey:     🦃 Thanksgiving in Canada has already passed, but Thanksgiving in America hasn't!  That's why I'm making this post about a super simple but fun craft to do with food for Thanksgiving.  Here it is!: What you need: Cucumber Peppers Red, Orange, and Yellow Blueberries baby carrots (optional) To start, slice off one slice of the cucumber.  Make sure to wash all of your fruit! Put the cucumber slice aside and pull out your peppers. Cut off one side of each cucumber like in the photo. Make sure to wash them! Now, here comes the part that is a bit harder to explain.  Cut a few slices off of each slice.  Try cutting them at parts that indent in as the pepper will be the feathers and if you cut them in that spot the turkey will have feathers will curled ends. Pick one slice out of each colour.  Which ever one looks the best.   Then, cut off a bit of the end on each one so it is straight like in the photo. Place them...

Easy Poppy Snack to Make for Remembrance Day

Image
Poppy Snack for Remembrance Day: I have come up with a super easy snack that you can make for Remembrance Day.  Here it is!: What you need: all you need to make this snack is some grapes and blueberries!  The amount of blueberries you use depends on how many poppies you want to make.  And for the grapes - well, it depends on the size of your grapes, but for me, I used about 6 grape slices per poppy (3 grapes). Wash your grapes and blueberries. Slice the grapes in half, like in the picture. Lay out the grapes around the blueberry like a flower.  There you go!  You are done!  Enjoy!

Halloween Pumpkin Bracelet Craft for Kids

Image
Halloween Pumpkin Bracelet:    ðŸ‘» I have come up with this easy pumpkin bracelet you can make with your kids for Halloween.  Here it is!: The things you need are:   -  sparkly pipe cleaners (green or golden)   -  orange beads How to make it: Step one: Choose the colour of the sparkly pipe cleaner you want:  golden or green.  Your choice (but I would use golden!). Step two: Put the orange beads onto the pipe cleaner.  To see how much beads you need, put the two ends where the beads end together and see if you can get it onto your wrist.  If you can get it over your hand and onto your wrist but it falls off, that's too much beads.  If you can't get it over your hand then you need to add more beads.  If you can easily get it over your hand and it doesn't fall off of your arm, then that is the right amount of beads. Step three: Once you have the right amount of beads, then twist the ends together.  You can either cut off...

Thanksgiving Hand Turkey - Easy Thanksgiving Craft For Kids

Image
see on Pinterest Thanksgiving Hand Turkey:    ðŸ¦ƒ   Today I am going to show you how to make this easy hand turkey craft for kids!  You can use paint, but if you don't want this to be as messy, then you can do what I did.  For this activity you'll need some pencil crayons, a gluestick, and some construction paper or if you don't have any then coloured paper. Start off by tracing your hand on brown construction paper with a pencil.  Have your fingers spread out and your thumb straight up like in the photo above.  Cut the hand on the brown paper out and glue it onto another piece of construction paper.  The background construction paper can be any colour you want, I chose purple.  Put the hand on an angle like I did above. With pencil crayons, draw an eye on the top of the thumb.  Draw a beak, a wattle (the red thing on their neck), and some legs. And you're done!  Hang this up on the fridge or some other place in your home...
