Bad News:    🙁     In an earlier post, I told you how I have some robin eggs outside of my house.  Well, something disappointing happened.  One day, we saw that there was one egg missing, the next, another one went missing, luckily, the third one didn't disappear the next day.  We looked all over our backyard, because if it dropped, that's where it would have landed, but it was no where to be found.  Anyway, a few days  later, the mama bird just seemed to have abandoned her nest and there was still one egg still in the nest.  About 5 days later, there was a small hole in the egg, but it seemed to be hollow, in about the next two days, the whole egg was gone, accept for one piece of the shell.  Our best guess is that the mama bird dumped the first two eggs out of her nest, because they were already dead and  were never going to hatch, and then an animal like a squirrel, for example ate the two eggs on...

My Friends Are Amazing:    💛     In an earlier post I wrote about friendship and what it means.  When you think about friendship you think about getting together and hanging out with your friends.  Right now we haven't been able to do that because of the coronavirus.  I miss you guys!       Today I got a special surprise from my best friend A.  Thank you A. <3  One of my family members had heard a knock at the door.  When I opened the door,  to my surprise and enjoyment, I saw a gift sitting on the porch!   I have posted a picture of some of the things A put in the bag for me. Although not shown in the picture, it also included photos of us together.  These photos were great memories of us together (S was also in the photos).       I know we have to wait just a little longer for this whole coronavirus thing to go away, but the photos reminded me of ...

The Robin Eggs:     🥚🥚🥚     We found three robin eggs outside our window!!!  This is the third time a robin has come to our house!  We are so excited!  I will let you know and show you a picture when the robin's eggs have hatched.  This means our house is lucky!!!  I love the colour of the robin's eggs.  Blue is my favourite colour.  We always look at the nest when the mama bird is away.  Do you have any birds at your house?  Is your house lucky?  I would love to hear about it in the comments!
