Tin Foil Trick

Image
Tin Foil Trick:     ⬤     Take piece of tin foil about the size of the piece in the first picture.  Take a few small pieces of tin foil and make them into balls.  Put them on the first piece of tin foil.  Get a spray bottle with water in it and spray the piece of tin foil with the smaller pieces on it with the spray bottle.  Make sure to put a paper towel or cloth underneath so you don't get your table all wet.  The balls should start moving after a little bit and it will be like a race!  Remember to fill out the Google Form I made!  It will help me figure out what posts to post!

Friendship Thoughts

Image
Friendship Thoughts:     💛     My best friend, S, made these fantastic gifts for me them dropped them off on my porch.  Thank you S!  During this coronavirus isolation time it has been hard not being able to hang out with friends.  We FaceTime every day but it still feels a bit lonely.  When S brought these gifts over and placed them on my porch it just meant so much to me.  It is that extra way of showing a connection that makes this isolation so much easier.   Friendship can mean different things to different people.  I read a quote once that said "True friendship is when someone knows you better than yourself and takes a position in your best interests".  It means so much to have a friend like S that will be there for you no matter what and gives you a boost.  Thanks S for being that friend.  I know that we can't all be around our friends during this time because of the coronavirus.  Think...

Activity - Find the Right Emojis

Image
Activity:     🙂     I know it can get boring being inside most of the time during the coronavirus, so here's an activity you can do.  Get three pieces of paper.  Leave one blank, cut four circles from one, and on the last one cut out four squares.  Put four different emojis in each circle and put them in a random order on top of that paper you left blank.  Draw the same four emojis on the paper cut in four squares and fold them up.  Pick one folded square from the folded paper pile.  Open it up and pick up one circle from the paper.  If it is the same emoji as the one on the square that you picked up you get one point.  Hope you enjoy!

How to Draw a 3D House

Image
How to Draw:     🖉 -first draw a large square close to the middle of the paper but more to the left -then, draw a triangle on top -after that, draw two diagonal lines and connect them -next, you can draw a door by drawing a rectangle. Then, inside it, a window and door knob -then, add two rectangular windows and you can look at the pictures to see how to draw inside the rectangle. Then after that you can draw whatever details you like.  The details I did are down below  -next, draw some vines crawling up the house.  Make squiggly lines and connect more squiggly lines to them    -then, draw a fence. Look at the pictures to see how.  Make sure you put the left side on an angle going up and the right side on an angle going down -next, draw lines inside them to make it look more like wood -then, to draw a ball, draw a circle, then shade in a part of it.  Start at a side by pressing down harder then usual to get it d...

Spring Flowers 2020

Image
Spring Flowers :    🎕     During a special visit today I noticed that the spring flowers are finally starting to grow!  Yay!  During this time, as we are dealing with mostly staying indoors due to the coronavirus outbreak, it is nice to see new life coming into gardens everywhere.  Featured in this photo collage are:  daffodils, hyacinths,  succulents,  alliums (just starting to grow), buds on a  rose of sharon,    tullips (still to bud).  You might be wondering what the the white plants is...well it is an annual flower and is dead so it has to be replaced.
